For 2019, these are notable current projects under development:
120 S. Broadway is a $7.1 Million mixed-use, four-story building. It will have 5,565 Square feet of street-level commercial space and 24 new market-rate residential units.
102 S. Broadway is a $ 400,000 development for an 8,863 square foot Restaurant with a 1,777 sq ft rooftop bar.
