Halloween Extravaganza!

The Halloween Extravaganza will take place on Wednesday, October 21st 2020.

 Groups will have the opportunity to start at Children’s Park with instructions and a photo op. From there, they work their way through Meek’s Park and onto South Broadway Street and up to Front Street. 

Ten different tables sponsored by different businesses will each have pre-packaged candy bags that children can take with them.

Guests will choose ONE of the 5 time slots the using signup genius link below for each person in their family that will be attending the event.

Groups will max out at 80 people. This event will be a first come first serve.

Time slots are:   3 pm – 3:45 pm,   4 pm – 4:45 pm, 5 pm – 5:45 pm, 6 pm – 6:45 pm, & 7 pm – 7:45 pm


Should we return to phase 3 and outdoor gathering are not possible, the DDA office will become the official candy pick up location, where families can come when it is most convenient to them, have a photo op and pick up their pre-package candy bags.

In the event that Michigan moves to phase 5 a Halloween Parade and trick-or-treating like the one in past years will take place.


Candy donations are being accepted to aid participating businesses. Drop off locations are the DDA office at 118 N. Broadway, Village Office at 21 E. Church Street and after 5:00 pm
