This past Sunday, Lake Orion resident Steve Taylor (pictured here singing Blackbird by the Beatles with his niece Eva) entertained a crowd of about 100 people from 2 pm until 4 pm.
A talented singer/songwriter, he played a couple of his own songs, including one dedicated to his lovely wife, who attended with his kids, as well as songs by Bruce Springsteen, the Zac Brown band and even a ballad version of “Come on feel the noise” by Quiet Riot!
Also attending the concert was our very own Village Manager, Joe Young. He spent well over an hour making balloon art for every child who came into the park. By the end of the event, it was quite a sight to see all of the kids playing with an octopus, a sword or even a fishing pole with a fish at the end.
This concert series continues this week with Nick Schillace of our very own Orion Music Studio. Click the button below to learn more.
